What is "Mini Acres"?  You've never heard of it?
You're in for a pleasant surprise!

Mini Acres is what many people think they will be seeing at a dollhouse miniature show.  Dollhouses for sale.  Typically, because of their size, there are not many actual dollhouses at a show -- only the accessories -- the cute, realistic, artistic, items hand-made by artisans or commercially produced.

At the 2017 show, for the first time ever, anyone who wanted to sell a dollhouse could sign a "listing agreement", pay a $20.00 "listing fee"  (which is waived if you are a dealer at the show), bring the house to the show Friday afternoon or early Saturday morning and place it in "Mini Acres", a new neighborhood designed for that purpose.  Perfect property?  Handyman Special?  Not yet assembled?  It didn't matter.  Just like real life, buyers and sellers came together.  "Mini Acres" was hugely successful!  And it is back for Portland's 2021 show.  Remember, in order for there to be a "lot" for your house, you must list before the show -- NOT AT THE SHOW.

LISTING #3.          Hand built Victorian, constructed with working glass windows.  $895.00 Firm - Peggy Zorn

This 1" scale, electrified charmer is 30" deep x 54" high x 50" wide.  All trim and fretwork is original.  The house was laid out with 9 rooms.  The turret has three rooms.  The property comes with a 24" custom stand.

(The top turret was a man cave.  The middle turret was a sewing/craft room.  The bottom turret was used as a sunroom.)  The new owner has plenty of options.

Peggy still has the plans and a map showing the wiring.  Builder's Note:  I have checked out the wiring and the power is going through the house but about half of the fixtures are not working. I think that it is due to the moving. Incandescent bulbs do not travel well and I do not have any spare bulbs.
