The 2018 Portland Miniature Show is booked at the Monarch Hotel! Not only is the event space bright, comfortable, and attractive, but the guest rooms and hotel amenities are first-rate as well. In addition to FREE parking and FREE Wi-Fi, a special guestroom discount for show attendees is just $112.00 for single or double occupancy, $122.00 for triple occupancy, $132.00 for quadruple occupancy and $162.00 for suites (not including connecting room) .
A block of rooms has been reserved for October 4 through October 7, 2018. The above rate is good 3 days prior and 3 days post room block. HURRY! The special room block is available until September 14, 2018. To receive the special discounted group rate, reservations should be made by calling the hotel direct at (800) 492-8700 or (503) 652-7507 any time day or night. You may also make reservations by e-mail at rescenter@monarchhotel.cc. Be sure to tell the reservationist that you have a special group code MINI18 (mini eighteen) to get the special rates.

Hotel details you need to know:
- 24-hour advance cancellation is required on all guest room reservations. Otherwise the hotel will charge you for one night room and tax. The room tax on guest rooms is 7%.
- Complimentary airport transportation is provided. Upon arrival at PDX, collect your baggage before calling 800-492-8700. The Hotel Staff will direct you to the designated pick up area and advise the approximate wait time. Due to Port of Portland restrictions, the Hotel cannot meet flights and is limited on time in the pick up area. Wait times are not guaranteed, so if in a hurry, you may want to consider other transportation options as space is always limited on complimentary services.
- Guests are required to present a credit card upon arrival.
- Reservations not in by the cut-off date will be accepted as space is available.
- Overnight RV parking is made available only to registered guests of the hotel, and on a limited basis.
