Colonial Revival Mansion Dollhouse - $11,500
Winner of the First Place People’s Choice Award at the 1989 Eugene Miniatures Show, the Colonial Revival Mansion was not created from a kit. All parts were cut and assembled following dollhouse architectural drawings and assembly instructions. The award was earned while the house was displayed only partially constructed. This unique house was a project that lasted 35 years with final completion of the house and yards in 2021.
Beautifully finished interior includes wainscotting, wood paneling and inlaid wood flooring.
This 3-story electrified wood dollhouse includes 12 rooms, 3 landings, veranda, front yard, fenced backyard, and slate patio. Yard sections and front veranda are easily disassembled for transport. Base dimensions are
3’ 5” deep x 5’ 7” wide and will sit well supported on a 3’ x 5’ table.

This house will not be at the Portland Miniature Show but can be seen in Florence, Oregon where it is presently waiting to be sold.

The Colonial Revival Mansion Dollhouse is electrified through a Cir-Kit System transformer. This system is older than the current Cir-Kit System dollhouse wiring in use today and features some slightly different components and methods. The wiring is connected by attaching the transformer to the house as shown above.
Most of the wired components are intact and will light when the transformer is plugged in.
Sadly, some have suffered irreparable damage due to the passage of time and the components specific to this system design are no longer available.
