Tips to Get the Best Scan of Yourself
|
In the blink of an eye, 89 synchronized cameras take 178 pictures of you! All the photos are then stitched together (like a jigsaw puzzle) to create a 3D model. Your image is then printed on a 3D color printer and layer after layer of sandstone is applied to create the shape. How cool is that?
To get the best results, keep in mind that bright or light colors, patterns and textures work the best (white and black are not ideal). Jeans are awesome! Wear (or bring) to the Show whatever clothing or costume you'd like to be wearing as a miniature. Things to AVOID for best results:
